Rumit joined K J Pittalis as a trainee in 2006. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant through our training programme. He deals with the preparation of corporate and partnership accounts and the related taxation affairs for SMEs and individuals.
He specialises in Audits and dealing with the reporting requirements for Solicitors accounts.
He has also had extensive experience within the firm on:
- HMRC investigations, both VAT and direct taxation.
- Financial and tax planning
- Corporate reconstructions including demerging of businesses to split assets between shareholders in the most tax efficient manner.
