Data Protection Policy
From 25th May 2018 the most significant change in data protection in decades will begin with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data protection laws apply to all businesses that hold or process personal data (including sole traders) and aim to balance the rights of individuals with legitimate business needs.
Here at KJ Pittalis LLP we take our legal responsibilities and duty of care to you as a client seriously. For some time, we have been revising and implementing policies to ensure we will fulfil our obligations as a processor of customer data under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when it becomes enforceable on 25 May 2018.
